A fresh new medical centre for the town of Grafton, NSW.

Consisting of five consulting rooms, a pathology collection room, procedure room and a treatment room.

Client Brief

To redesign the provided plans to get the same look while reducing the expense to closer meet the budget.

Build Comments

We redesigned the plans to use similar looking materials which were more cost effective while still keeping the overall desired look and feel.

In consultation with our professional sub contractors we were able to use different materials and methods to come up with solutions to again reduce the costing's of the overall job
