Client Brief

To work with the Client, Park Beach Plaza & NSW lotteries to come up with an approved design that satisfies all requirements of all parties involved.  The job to run as a design & construct job with close consultation with the client & NSW lotteries

Build Comments

To work with Park beach plaza on behalf of the client to have the tenancy turned over to X-Corp ready for the build

To work with a variety of sub-contractors to complete the required job in the tight timeframe.

To prepare floor & lay 600x600mm tiles throughout the shop & install carpet in the storeroom.

Organise & install the Caem shelving system in charcoal with magazine, card displays & gondolas to clients requirements

Have NSW lotteries counter manufactured & installed according their specific requirements

To manufacture other joinery items including a retail counter to the clients specifications

Provide all appropriate certificates & sign offs for the shop to open within the timeframe required.
